Update/Activate iCal

If you have a booking in your booking platform that does not appear in the Check-in Scan reservation list, you should check whether the corresponding iCal is active and up to date.

To do this, log in to your account through the Web Control Panel and go to Properties > Edit > iCals.

There, you will see all the iCals associated with the selected property. From this section, you can activate and update them to ensure your bookings are synchronized correctly.
