How to integrate eviivo with Check-in Scan

Integrating the eviivo and Check-in Scan systems allows you to import useful guest information into the system, avoiding the need to enter it manually.

With the integration, you’ll be able to import your properties, rooms, reservations, guest names, email addresses, and phone numbers from eviivo.

Go to the eviivo website and log in to your account with your credentials: https://on.eviivo.com/login.

Once logged in, click the Help button in the top-right corner.


Next, you need to submit a request to obtain the credentials for the integration with Check-in Scan.

From the dropdown menu, select "Integrate eviivo suite with another software (API Key)" and type in the reason for your request. In this case: Integration with Check-in Scan.

Wait for eviivo to contact you and provide the credentials needed for the integration, then go to your Check-in Scan dashboard.


1) Log in to your web dashboard: http://app.checkinscan.com


2) In the top-right corner, go to My Account / PMS.

3) Click on the eviivo icon.

4) Paste the PMS client ID and PMS client secret you received from eviivo into the corresponding fields.

5) Click Next.

The system will then give you the option to select which properties you want to import from eviivo. If you have already added them to Check-in Scan previously, you can also match them so they remain connected.

Once you have linked the properties, simply click Save and Continue to add the properties, and then Finish to complete the process.

Finally, go back to the top menu Properties → My Properties, activate the new properties, and edit any remaining fields that still need to be completed.
