Log in to your Web Control Panel from our website using your Check-in Scan email and password.
Go to Properties > My Properties and click on Edit.
Then click on the “Locks” tab and on “Manage Smart Lock Account”.
A form will open where you must:
Select your lock provider.
Assign a reference name (example: “Main door”).
In the next prompt, click on Create new lock account.
You will be redirected to SEAM → click Continue.
Next, enter the login details you have for your smart lock.
Once you’ve entered your access details, you will be taken to this page, where you must click on Return to Check-in Scan.
Click on Return to Check-in Scan and confirm the account creation message by pressing Ok.
Linking the lock to a door
Go back to the Locks tab and click again on Add smart lock.
Fill in the form fields:
Access type:
Public → visible in reservations for the whole property.
Private → visible only in reservations for that room.
Lock type: portal (front door) or property (back door).
Room/property it belongs to.
Door name (optional – if not assigned, a default number will be generated).
This is an example of how it would look:
After filling in all the fields, click on Link lock account to door and confirm.
Note: If you have upcoming reservations, the system will ask if you want to generate codes for them with the following message:
If you click OK, access codes will be generated for each reservation and you will be able to see those codes from the lock itself or from the reservation, as shown in the following image:
Now the lock is created, and from this panel you can access the different options:
The keyboard icon lets you manage access codes. You can view the existing codes and create new ones.
The padlock icon lets you open the lock. From Check-in Scan you can open locks, but not close them.
The pencil icon lets you edit the lock’s configuration.
The trash bin icon lets you delete the lock.
Advanced options
In the right panel you will find:
Door opening period: define the time range in which access is allowed.
Automatic email sending: enable this if you want the guest to receive an email with the exact time they will be able to access.
