If the host of the property has sent you a link to complete the check-in and you have questions about how to fill out the form, below you’ll find the steps to correctly register the details of all the guests who will be staying at the property.
1. Once you open the link, you’ll see the usual 4 screens with the basic tutorial for completing the check-in.
2. You will need to choose whether you want to scan your ID to collect the MRZ code data or enter the information manually.
3. It’s time to scan the document.
4. Our app will automatically read the scanned document and fill in the form with as much information as possible.
After the scan, you will still need to manually complete some fields, such as the Type of Reservation.
In the dropdown menu, you should select whether you are staying alone (Individual), with your family (Family), or with a group of people who are not family members (Group).
Once you’ve filled in all the fields, you will need to sign and click on “Next.”
5. On the next screen, you’ll see a summary of the guests registered so far using that reservation link. If you selected “Family” or “Group” as the Type of Reservation, the system will not allow you to complete the check-in with only one guest registered and the information will not be saved. If you selected “Individual,” you will only be able to register a maximum of one guest.
Once all guests are registered, click on “Finish check-in.” Remember that if you do not complete the check-in and confirm the registration, your data will not be saved and will be lost.
Finally, a confirmation is requested to complete the check-in.
