We show you the steps to do it from the app on your mobile device.
Open the Check-in Scan app and log in with your credentials. Then go to the booking calendar:
Once inside your calendar, tap the "+" button that appears in the upper right corner:
Fill in the reservation details, such as check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and property:
Once saved, you can create a new reservation or review it. If you choose the "view reservation" option, the information will appear and you’ll be able to share your link:
You can share the link by tapping the share icon in the top right:
Select the language of the instructions your guest will receive and share the link via WhatsApp, email, or your preferred method.
Important:
The link will automatically open in the language the guest has set on their phone.
If you already have your reservation created, you’ll find it in the list and can press the share button.
