Error importing an iCal

When importing an iCal, you may encounter an error. We’re here to help you resolve it.

If you have tried to import an iCal calendar into Check-in Scan and received the following error message, we will explain the reason.

In this case, we confirm that the iCal does not contain any reservations, and therefore, as it is an empty file, it cannot be imported.

Once you have a reservation in the iCal, try again to ensure it is properly synchronized with your Check-in Scan account.
