Error importing an iCal

When importing an iCal, you may encounter an error. We’re here to help you resolve it.

If you have tried to import an iCal calendar into your Check-in Scan account and receive the following error, it is because the calendar associated with the iCal does not contain any active reservations.

Once the iCal includes at least one reservation, you can try again, and the synchronization with your Check-in Scan account calendar will be completed successfully.
