To enable the new form with the additional data required by RD 933/2021 and ensure that all check-ins completed with Check-in Scan are automatically sent to the Ertzaintza, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Check-in Scan web control panel: https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login.
In the control bar of your panel, select “Properties.” Until now, your property has been connected to the Ertzaintza, as shown in the image below.
To now connect your property with Ertzaintza RD 933/2021, it is not necessary to register the property again on our platform. Simply click Edit.
Within the Police section, select the Ertzaintza RD 933/2021 option from the dropdown menu.
You will find the Username and Password fields already filled in by default. Click the green “Add/Update property” button
The following screen will appear, showing that your property has been successfully connected to Ertzaintza RD 933/2021.
The logo in the Police force column is slightly different, allowing you to verify that your property is correctly connected.
From the moment you make this change and update your app to the latest available version, all check-ins carried out with Check-in Scan will have the new form enabled with the additional data required by current regulations and will be automatically sent to the Ertzaintza, as before.
