In order to deactivate and reactivate your Webservice User, you will have to access SES Hospedajes through the first option that appears (Access to the registry of establishments and entities) using your digital certificate or cl@ve system.

Once inside, you must click on Access within the section My registered data:

There you will find the data of your registration. You will have to click on the box for Web service communication delivery (unchecking it) and click Save, then re-enter and click again on the box for Web service communication delivery (making sure it is checked) and click Save.

In this way, you will have re-enabled the Web Service and you will receive an email with the two pieces of information: Webservice Username and Webservice Password.

Finally, update the Webservice User and Webservice Password indicated in our platform, within the data of your property and click on the Add / Update property button.
