If you did not receive or cannot locate the email from SES Hospedajes with the Webservice Password, the only way to obtain it is by changing it. In order to fix this error, we need you to update the Webservice Password. Please note that this password is NOT the same one you use to access your inquiries on SES Hospedajes.

You can obtain your Webservice Password at SES Hospedajes by following these steps:

  • Access SES Hospedajes through the following link.

  • Access your account with the digital certificate or the Cl@ve identification method, by clicking on:

  • Once inside, click on the Access button, inside the Communication Service or Web Service User box.

  • Click on Change password

  • The following box will appear to set the new password:

Once you have made the change, you will be able to modify the Webservice Password from your web control panel on Check-in Scan (you will also receive an email from the Ministry of the Interior). To do this, access the data of your property and, once modified, click on the Add / Update property button.

You will see the following screen with your property successfully connected to the Ministry of the Interior (SES Hospedajes).
