If you did not receive or cannot locate the email from SES Hospedajes with the Webservice Password, the only way to obtain it is by changing it. Please note that this password is NOT the same as the one you use to access your queries in SES Hospedajes.
The Webservice Password (and the Webservice User) is used to make communications via the web. In other words, it allows us to correctly connect your property and automatically send your check-ins from Check-in Scan to SES. You can find this Webservice Password in SES Hospedajes. To do this:
Access SES Accommodations via the following link or from the main page: https://sede.interior.gob.es/portal/sede. You will need to click on Procedimientos y servicios > Hospedajes y alquiler de vehículos.
In the section "Access to the Register of Establishments and Entities", click the "Access" button to log into your profile within SES Accommodations.
Once inside, click the "Access" button within the "Communication Service" or "Webservice User" box.
Click on "Change password."
The following box will appear where you can set the new password:
You can change and obtain a Webservice Password by clicking "Save."
