If your scan balance is low, it may not be possible for you to register all of your guests on your next check-in.

To buy scans/credits, you will need to access Check-in Scan and once there, click on the "Login" button in the top right hand corner.

If you haven't added your billing details at this point, you need to do this before you can make your first purchase, this way, we can create an invoice for you.

Go to the "My account" tab and click on "billing details", fill in the empty fields and then click on "Update my Billing Details".

Still on your control panel, go to the top right hand corner again and you will find an orange button that says "Buy Scan Credits".

Add the details of your bank card and click on "Add/Edit card".

Once this has been done, you will be able to select the package of scans that suits you best.

Below the section to add your card, there is an "Auto-Recharge" or "Automatic Recharge" button.

This setting allows the application to buy more scans automatically when your balance is running low, avoiding having to reenter the web page to do it.

You can select at which moment you would like the application to buy more scans automatically and how many scans you would like to purchase.
